Pork (50%), pork fat, smoked bacon (20%) (pork, water, salt, modified potato starch, collagen, haemaglobin, maltodextrin, dextrose) (CELERY, SOYA), water, salt, sugar, herbs, spices, smoke flavouring, natural flavourings, preservatives: (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate), antioxidant: (sodium erythorbate), colour: (cochineal). Filled in natural hog casing.

Storage: Always store frozen. Should be -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

 

Cooking instructions: Defrost before cooking, recommended grilled, oven baked or deep fried. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
